Strawberry Dessert

Directions

  1. 1Start off by cutting 500 grams of strawberries in half.
  2. 2Take the sliced strawberries and put them into a pan.
  3. 3Add 100 ml of water to the pan.
  4. 4Add half a cup of sugar to the pan.
  5. 5Carefully mix the strawberries with the water and the sugar all together until the sugar is dissolved.
  6. 6Once everything is well combined, turn the heat up to medium.
  7. 7Boil the strawberries until they form a syrup.
  8. 8Finish this with 200 grams of strawberry flavored gelatin.
  9. 9Mix until the strawberry gelatin is dissolved.
  10. 10Keep stirring for a few more minutes to ensure the gelatin is well dissolved.
  11. 11Leave this to cool for a few minutes.
  12. 12Once your syrup is cooled, pour it into a mould. Be very careful.
  13. 13Set this aside while you prepare the next step.
  14. 14In a bowl, add 200 grams of cream.
  15. 15Add 100 grams of condensed milk into the same bowl.
  16. 16Whisk until you have a nice, smooth cream.
  17. 17Top this up with 50 grams of hydrated gelatin and stir until it's combined.
  18. 18Pour the sweet cream into the middle of the mould, slowly and carefully, so it can spread evenly throughout.
  19. 19Put it in the fridge until it's firm.
  20. 20Remove the dessert from the mould with the help of a plate, do it nice and carefully.
  21. 21Take a generous piece and enjoy!
