Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- 2Lightly grease the baking sheet with olive oil and wipe off the excess
- 3Place the pizza dough on the baking sheet and spread it out
- 4Spread the garlic spread over the pizza dough
- 5Spread the Peruvian Bomba Pepper Sauce over the garlic spread
- 6Spread the burrata over the pepper sauce
- 7Spread the marinated fresh mozzarella over the burrata
- 8Place the chorizo on top of the mozzarella
- 9Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 20 minutes
- 10Top the pizza with arugula, hot honey and balsamic vinegar

- 6 oz Del Duca Chorizo Cantimpalo
- 1 package Arugula
- 1 bottle Hot honey
- 1 bottle Balsamic Vinegar
