Scoop dough using a large cookie scoop (about 3 tablespoons) and place on a baking sheet, spacing evenly.

Tips
To keep cookies soft, bake for 11 minutes; they will look slightly underbaked.
This recipe freezes beautifully, baked or unbaked.
Easily cut the recipe in half if fewer cookies are needed.
You can mix all ingredients in one bowl (except chocolate chips) without separating wet and dry.
Use hands to separate egg yolk and egg if not using fancy tools.
