  6. 6Sandwich it with another cookie.

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 0.25 cup almond flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 cups melted chocolate
