Directions

  1. 1綠豆粉用少量水化開
  2. 2將化開的綠豆粉和糖加入雞蛋黃中攪拌均勻
  3. 3將混合好的液體過濾
  4. 4將過濾好的液體倒入燒熱的鍋中，用勺子不停翻炒至凝固
  5. 5在炒制過程中，需要不停地用刷子刷鍋壁
  6. 6將炒好的成品盛入盤中

  • 3 兩 糖
  • 10 個 雞蛋黃

Tips

  • 火候很重要，需要一直不停地翻炒；
  • 鍋子需要專用的；
