In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients.

Slice the onion and green onions.

Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until it’s no longer pink.

Add the onion and green onions, then stir-fry until the onion has softened.

Pour in the sauce and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Serve with rice, and wrap each bite in lettuce or perilla leaves.

500 g pork shoulder, thinly sliced
2 whole green onion
1/2 whole onion
1/2 tbsp gochujang
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cooking wine
2 tbsp gochugaru
1 tbsp corn syrup
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar
cooked rice (optional)
lettuce (optional)
perilla leaves (optional)
sesame oil (optional)
sesame seeds (optional)
