Directions
- 1Add sliced mushrooms to a pan with butter and cook.
- 2Add flour, mixed herbs, salt and pepper to the mushrooms.
- 3Pour in the heavy cream and mix well.
- 4Add pesto and stir.
- 5Add cooked chicken breast and mix gently.
- 6Garnish with fresh parsley.
- 7Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- 8Cover and simmer until heated through.
