Garlic Parmesan Steak Alfredo Pasta

Directions

  1. 1Slice your steaks into cubes.
  2. 2Season the steak with salt.
  3. 3Add black pepper to the steak.
  4. 4Add Italian herbs to the steak.
  5. 5Add garlic powder to the steak.
  6. 6Add parsley to the steak.
  7. 7Add smoked paprika to the steak.
  8. 8Drizzle olive oil over the steak.
  9. 9Mix the steak until the color changes.
  10. 10Cook steak bites in light butter for 2 minutes each side on medium-high heat.
  11. 11Lower the heat.
  12. 12Add extra butter to the cooked steak bites.
  13. 13Add fresh garlic to the cooked steak bites.
  14. 14Add grated parmesan to the cooked steak bites.
  15. 15Mix the steak bites until well coated.
  16. 16Set the beef aside.
  17. 17Add chopped garlic and onion to the pan.
  18. 18Cook the garlic and onion for 5 minutes until soft.
  19. 19Add extra seasoning (salt, pepper, Italian herbs, parsley, paprika) to the cooked garlic and onion.
  20. 20Give it a mix.
  21. 21Add light evaporated milk.
  22. 22Add light cream cheese.
  23. 23Add parmesan.
  24. 24Add pasta water.
  25. 25Stir until smooth and let it bubble.
  26. 26Add cooked pasta.
  27. 27Mix until creamy and indulgent.
  28. 28Serve the pasta with the delicious steak bites.

  • 800 g Raw Steaks cut into cubes
  • 1.5 Tsp Salt
  • 1.5 Tsp Black Pepper

  • 1.5 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 Tsp Olive Oil
  • 30 g Light Butter
  • 2 Tsp Garlic Paste / Minced Garlic
  • 20 g Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 80 g White Onion Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Italian Herbs
  • 1 Tsp Parsley
  • 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 250 ml Light Evaporated Milk or Regular Milk
  • 130 g Light Cream Cheese
  • 40 g Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 520 g Cooked Pasta
  • 50 ml Pasta Water

Tips

  • Marinate the steak bites for 30mins before cooking, will have better flavour.
  • Cook the steak bites on medium high heat in some butter. 2 mins each side, you want to develop and beautiful golden crust!
  • Once cooked, lower the heat and add extra butter, garlic and parmesan. Give it a mix for 1 min till well coated then remove and set aside.
  • Cook the onion and garlic on medium low heat for 5-6 mins till soft and translucent then add spices and mix for a minute.
  • Add the milk and cream cheese on low heat then mix till smooth. Let it bubble slightly till thick then add the cooked pasta. Mix till well combined.
  • This meal prep freezes especially well and is easy to reheat. Place in a pan or microwave for 5 mins on low with a dash of milk in the pasta.
