Directions

  1. 1Start by browning and draining 3 pounds of 80/20 ground beef in a skillet.
  2. 2Add 1 pound of breakfast sausage and 6 ounces of tomato paste to the drained ground beef.
  3. 3Cook the sausage and tomato paste with the ground beef until the sausage is fully cooked, but do not drain the mixture.
  4. 4Transfer all the meat mixture into a 10-quart crock pot.
  5. 5Add 1 large chopped onion to the crock pot.
  6. 6Add 2 large chopped fresh jalape ja os to the crock pot.
  7. 7Add 4 ounces of Hatch green chiles to the crock pot.
  8. 8Add 2 tablespoons of fresh minced garlic to the crock pot.
  9. 9Add 44 ounces of diced tomatoes to the crock pot.
  10. 10Add 44 ounces of tomato sauce to the crock pot.
  11. 11Add 3 ounces of Williams Original Chili Seasoning to the crock pot.
  12. 12Add three 15.5-ounce cans of Bush's Best Chili Magic Campfire Style beans to the crock pot.
  13. 13Stir all the ingredients together really well.
  14. 14Put the lid on the crock pot and cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours.
