4Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and toss to coat.
5Bake for 20 minutes.
6Dice chicken into 1 inch cubes.
7Add chicken to a large mixing bowl with greek yogurt, lemon juice and zest, minced garlic, onion powder, cumin, paprika, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper.
