Directions

  1. 1Pour the pineapple juice into a measuring cup.
  2. 2Add brown sugar, white sugar, paprika, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, honey, and melted butter to the pineapple juice.
  3. 3Mix the ingredients thoroughly to create the glaze.
  4. 4Line the bottom of a baking dish with pineapple rings.
  5. 5Place the spiral-cut ham on top of the pineapple rings in the baking dish.
  6. 6Pour some of the prepared glaze over the ham, ensuring it covers all sides.
  7. 7Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  8. 8Bake the ham in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 35-40 minutes.
  9. 9Take the ham out of the oven after 35-40 minutes.
  10. 10Pour the remaining glaze mixture into a pan on the stove.
  11. 11Add white sugar and brown sugar to the pan with the glaze.
  12. 12Mix well and let it simmer on low heat until it thickens and caramelizes.
