Directions
- 1Cream together Kerrygold butter, sugar and brown sugar.
- 2Add in the eggs.
- 3In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and cocoa powder.
- 4Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix.
- 5Scoop out balls of cookie dough.
- 6For the center of each cookie, create a small ball of hot chocolate fudge.
- 7Place the hot chocolate fudge ball into the center of each cookie dough ball.
- 8Add mini marshmallows around the fudge center.
- 9Bake cookies.
- 10Once the cookies have cooled, add more mini marshmallows and crushed candy canes on top.
