Directions

  1. 1Cut the potatoes and boil until tender.
  2. 2Mash the potatoes.
  3. 3Add Parmesan cheese, seasonings, corn starch and an egg.
  4. 4Mix everything together.
  5. 5Stuff with cheese.
  6. 6Deep fry.

  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 0.33 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 2 tbs corn starch
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cube cheese for stuffing
