Directions

  1. 1Add minced garlic, chopped fresh dill, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, pickle juice, and olive oil into a clean pickle jar.
  2. 2Blend the mixture using an immersion blender until smooth.

  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pickle juice
  • 1 whole lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • to taste salt (optional)
