- 1Place the vinegar, honey, neutral oil, celery seed, ground mustard, salt, and chopped onion into a blender or a large bowl.
- 2Process until fully emulsified and the onion is completely incorporated.

- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup neutral oil
