- 1Mix four egg whites and 100g of sugar.
- 2Beat until stiff peaks form.
- 3Add 100g of sugar to four yolks.
- 4Beat.
- 5Mix in the egg whites.
- 6Sift in 200g of wheat flour little by little.
- 7Pipe the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- 8Bake.
