Directions
- 1Add mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, pepper to a bowl.
- 2Mash the yolks of three hard-boiled eggs in the bowl.
- 3Add the diced whites of three hard-boiled eggs and mix well.
- 4In a separate bowl, add tomato paste, garlic powder, oregano, olive oil and mix.
- 5Spread the pizza sauce on two slices of bread.
- 6Add the creamy egg spread on top of the pizza sauce.
- 7Add the cheese on top of the creamy egg spread.
- 8Bake until golden and bubbly.
- 9Garnish with parsley.
- 10Cut the toast in half and serve.
