1Peel, wash, and chop potatoes into small cubes. Boil them until fork tender and drain.
2Slice the onion and two peppers. Chop chicken into cubes and slice the kielbasa into rounds.
3Spray a large sheet pan with cooking spray. Add the chicken, kielbasa, all of the veggies, and the potatoes.
4Season the chicken, potatoes, peppers and onions with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and red pepper flakes.
5Bake in a 400°F oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F and veggies are tender. Optionally broil for a couple minutes to crisp the kielbasa.
6Top with Sweet Onion Teriyaki Sauce and chopped green onions.
