Directions

  1. 1三个桃子洗净
  2. 2去皮
  3. 3切成小块
  4. 4桃子皮，200ml清水，小火煮出颜色
  5. 5捞出桃子皮
  6. 645g糖，20g柠檬汁，小火熬至粘稠
  7. 7倒出放凉
  8. 8200g奶油，25g糖，搅拌均匀
  9. 9120g奶油，打发
  10. 1020g桃子酱，搅拌均匀
  11. 11糯米粉90g，玉米淀粉20g，糖20g，牛奶160g，搅拌均匀
  12. 1215g融化的黄油，搅拌均匀
  13. 13小火加热搅拌成团
  14. 14不烫手时多拉扯增加韧性
  15. 15分成8份
  16. 16擀薄
  17. 17放入馅料
  18. 18放一部分桃子酱
  19. 19收口包好
  20. 20冷冻1小时
  21. 21撒上草莓粉装饰
