Hot Honey Chicken Kebabs
Directions
- 1Season the chicken with the smoked paprika, oregano, salt and pepper.
- 2Add in the chopped garlic and squeezed lemon.
- 3Mix the honey, hot sauce and chilli flakes in a small bowl and use a tsp to add into the chicken.
- 4Thread the chicken onto skewers.
- 5Air fry for 14 minutes at 200 degrees celsius.
- 6Baste throughout with the juices and once with the hot honey sauce.
- 7Prepare the sides (fries and flatbread) according to packet instructions.
- 8Make the spicy mayo with the ingredients listed and set to one side.
- 9Add the shredded lettuce to the flatbreads, topping with the red onion and cherry tomatoes.
- 10Serve with the chicken kebabs and crispy fries.
- 11Brush over any remaining hot honey sauce and garnish with extra chilli flakes.

- 300 g thinly sliced chicken breast
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp oregano
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 0.5 tsp chopped garlic
- 35 g honey
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 0.5 tsp chilli flakes
- 0.5 lemon juiced
- 60 g crispy fries
- 2 flatbreads
- 70 g shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 small red onion sliced
- 60 g cherry tomatoes quartered
- 30 g lighter mayo
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp distilled vinegar

Tips
- If using wooden skewers, soak for 30 minutes prior to cooking to prevent them burning.
- Alternatively, bake for 18 minutes at 200 degrees celsius. Pop under the grill for a couple of minutes to get caramelised edges.
