Mix Veg Paneer Paratha

Directions

  1. 1Crumble the paneer into a large mixing plate or bowl.
  2. 2Add chopped green chillies, grated ginger, dried fenugreek leaves, and chopped coriander leaves to the crumbled paneer.
  3. 3Add chopped carrots, beetroot, and green beans to a blender.
  4. 4Blend the vegetables until finely chopped or pureed.
  5. 5Add the blended vegetables to the paneer mixture.
  6. 6Add besan (chickpea flour) and atta (whole wheat flour) to the mixture.
  7. 7Add cumin seeds, red chili powder, and salt.
  8. 8Create a well in the center of the flour and add ghee.
  9. 9Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  10. 10Add water gradually and knead to form a dough.
  11. 11Knead the dough until it is smooth and well combined.
  12. 12Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it on a floured rolling board.
  13. 13Roll out the paratha evenly.
  14. 14Place the rolled paratha on a hot griddle (tawa).
  15. 15Cook until lightly browned, then flip.
  16. 16Apply oil or ghee and cook on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.
  17. 17Serve the parathas hot, topped with white butter.
