Directions

  1. 1Grab a bowl and mix together all your cheesy ingredients.
  2. 2Once you've molded into that ball shape, coat it with the remaining orange cheddar cheese shred.
  3. 3Wrap it in plastic wrap then grab some string to create those pumpkin lines.
  4. 4Refrigerate until firm.
  5. 5Add a bell pepper stem right before serving and you have yourself the cutest pumpkin appetizer.

  • 1.5 cups finely grated cheddar cheese
  • 0 Kosher salt
  • 0 Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 bell pepper
