5Flip the fillet mignon portions over.
6Repeat the process by drizzling olive oil and sprinkling Dan-O's Primo seasoning on the other side of the fillet mignon portions.
7Heat a cast iron pan to a medium-high temperature.
8Add a little cooking oil to the hot pan.
9Place the seasoned fillet mignon portions into the hot pan.
10Cook the fillet mignon portions for about a minute and a half on one side.
11Flip the fillet mignon portions to cook the other side.
12Cook for another minute.
13Remove the perfectly crusted fillet mignon portions from the pan.
14Let the fillet mignon portions sit for about 10 minutes.
15Cut into the fillet mignon.
16Slice the fillet mignon into smaller pieces.
17Taste the fillet mignon.

When looking at the Dan-O's Primo seasoning, you see black pepper, real black salt, real black garlic, black sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and even black cumin. There's nothing like it.
It's not packed full of salt; we use the right amount of salt, which is real black sea salt.
Since the steaks are cut thin, cook them like tuna.
You'll really taste the Primo with a thinner cut because you get more of that beautiful crust.
