Roast Pork Loin

Directions

  1. 1Get a 2.5-pound fresh pork loin.
  2. 2Truss the pork loin so that it cooks a little more evenly.
  3. 3Season the pork loin very well with salt.
  4. 4Place the seasoned pork loin in the refrigerator overnight.
  5. 5Pull out the pork loin from the refrigerator and place it fat cap side down in a pan to render some of the fat and brown everything up.
  6. 6Flip the pork loin on its side until it becomes beautifully golden brown.
  7. 7Flip the pork to the remaining unseared side on the bottom.
  8. 8Add herb butter to the pork loin in the pan.
  9. 9Add the pan with the pork loin to the oven at 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
  10. 10Pull the pork loin out of the oven.
  11. 11Slice the pork loin.
  12. 12Serve and enjoy.
