Crockpot Meatloaf with Glaze and Veggies

Directions

  1. 1Add 2 pounds of your favorite ground meat to a mixing bowl.
  2. 2Add a half of a diced onion, a half a cup of whole milk, a half a cup of your favorite fancy ketchup, 1 cup of crushed Ritz crackers, two packets of onion soup mix, two whole eggs, and parsley if you have it.
  3. 3Mix with hand mixers until all ingredients are beautifully combined.
  4. 4Set the meat mixture aside.
  5. 5Grab your slow cooker and add some baby potatoes and baby carrots.
  6. 6Place the meat mixture on top of the vegetables and form it into a loaf.
  7. 7To make the glaze, combine 1 cup of ketchup (or Heinz chili sauce), a half a cup of brown sugar, and a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
  8. 8Whisk the glaze until beautifully combined.
  9. 9Pour the glaze on top of the meatloaf and spread it out to cover the entire loaf.
  10. 10Put the lid on your crockpot.
  11. 11Set your crockpot to low for 6 to 8 hours or until done.
  12. 12Serve the meatloaf with the cooked vegetables.
