Directions

  1. 1Season the 1 pound of beef flank with half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of white cooking wine, half a tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper, and 3 tablespoons of cornstarch.
  2. 2Mix until well combined and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. 3For the sauce, combine 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, half a tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon, 2 teaspoons of sugar, half a teaspoon of white pepper, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.
  4. 4Set a hybrid wok to medium heat and add 1/3 cup of oil.
  5. 5Add the marinated meat to the hot oil, spread evenly, and cook for about 3 minutes per side (total 6 minutes).
