3Sauté the chopped onion and peppers with bacon grease and butter.
4In a big bowl, add 2 lbs of ground chuck, two eggs, some Worcestershire sauce, some roasted garlic powder, onion powder, some prime steak seasoning, and some Tony's.
5Add salt and pepper to the bowl.
6Crunch up about half a cup of crispy fried onions in a Ziploc bag and add to the bowl.
7Add half a sleeve of saltine crackers and a dash of milk to the bowl.
8Mix the ingredients in the bowl well.
9Once the sautéed onion and peppers cool, add them to the mixture and mix well.
10Form the mixture into a loaf in an oven safe pan.
11Top the meatloaf with prime seasoning and ketchup, spreading the ketchup all over the top.
12Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
13Cook the meatloaf for 55 minutes.

Tips
You can leave out the green pepper if you don't like peppers.
Sautéing onions and peppers with bacon grease and butter will make your meatloaf more moist.
