1Add two cups of milk to a saucepan and bring to a low simmer on the stove.
2Add a half a cup of warm water to a bowl, two packages of rapid rise yeast, and one tablespoon of sugar.
3Mix and let this bloom for about five minutes.
4Add milk to the yeast mixture.
5Followed by the rest of the sugar, a fourth of a cup of honey, two cups of flour, three tablespoons of melted butter, two eggs, and two teaspoons of salt.
6Mix for about two minutes until it comes together.
7Add in five more cups of flour, a cup at a time.
8Knead this for about five minutes.
9Cover it with plastic wrap and let it sit in the oven to proof for about 45 to an hour till it doubles in size.
10Punch it down and then turn it out onto a floured surface.
11Roll it to a rectangle to about a half inch thick.
12Take a pizza cutter and cut out squares.
13Add them to a sheet tray lined with parchment paper.
14Cover it with a dish towel and let it rise for about another hour.
15Put in a 350°F oven for about 14 to 18 minutes.
16To prepare the cinnamon honey butter, take two sticks of softened butter and add it to a bowl.
17Add a third of a cup of honey, two teaspoons of cinnamon, a pinch of salt, and a half a cup of powdered sugar.
18Take your electric mixer, and cream this together.
