Spicy Italian Sausage Tortellini Soup
Directions
- 1Chop the grape tomatoes and onions.
- 2In a pot, cook ground sausage with the chopped onions.
- 3Add minced garlic in oil, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, white pepper, and italian seasoning.
- 4Add red pepper flakes and stir well.
- 5Add sun-dried tomatoes and fresh tomatoes.
- 6Add tomato paste and water and stir well.
- 7Add heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, and boursin cheese.
- 8Add basil and oregano, and stir.
- 9Add red pepper flakes and baby spinach.
- 10Add parmesan cheese.
- 11Prepare the garlic bread by brushing the baguette slices with olive oil, oregano, and parmesan cheese.
- 12Add tortellini to the pot and stir.
- 13Add fresh basil and parsley, and stir.
- 14Grate some parmesan cheese on top.
- 15Serve the tortellini soup with garlic bread.

- 1 handful basil
- 1 package baby spinach
- 1.5 cups parmesan cheese
- 1 loaf baguette
- 1 bottle olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 1 package tortellini
