Vanilla Cupcakes

Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- 2In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- 3Add oil, vanilla extract, milk, water, and eggs to the large bowl and mix until just combined.
- 4Pour batter into prepared muffin tin, filling each cupcake liner about 2/3 full.
- 5Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
- 6Cool cupcakes in muffin tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
