- 1Cut the cubed steak into nugget-sized pieces.
- 2Place the steak pieces in a bowl and season them.
- 3Add Worcestershire sauce to the steak and mix well.
- 4Dredge the steak pieces in flour.
- 5Dip the floured steak pieces into beaten eggs.
- 6Fry the steak nuggets in oil until golden brown.
- 7Remove some of the oil from the pan, leaving the drippings.
- 8Add flour to the pan drippings to make a roux.
- 9Stir to create gravy.
- 10Serve the country-fried steak nuggets with the gravy.
