Directions

  1. 1Add the pasta to the instant pot.
  2. 2Add water.
  3. 3Add the veggie bouillon.
  4. 4Add garlic powder.
  5. 5Add paprika.
  6. 6Add butter.
  7. 7Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes.
  8. 8Chop the cheese.
  9. 9Release the pressure.
  10. 10Add the cream cheese.
  11. 11Add 1/4 cup of milk, then 1/2 cup more
  12. 12Add the cheese slowly.
  13. 13Mix and enjoy.

  • 4 cups dry macaroni
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tbsp veggie bouillon
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp onion powder
  • to taste white pepper
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups white cheddar
  • baby carrots

Tips

  • You can use whatever cheese you want but if it’s not as strong you’ll need to use more.
  • When you start adding the cheese you have to go slow because otherwise it’s gonna clump all up
