Honey Glazed Ham with Pineapple

Directions

  1. 1Split half of the pineapple juices for the rub now and the other half for the glaze later.
  2. 2Add about three tablespoons of Dijon mustard to the pineapple juice.
  3. 3Add about a packed 1/4 cup of brown sugar.
  4. 4Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, a little bit of cayenne to balance out the sweetness, and pepper.
  5. 5Add a few tablespoons of honey to the mixture.
  6. 6Gently open up the slices of the 10-pound fully cooked spiralized ham.
  7. 7Pour the rub into all the crevices of the ham, ensuring every slice is covered.
  8. 8Place pineapple rings on the ham using toothpicks.
  9. 9Put the ham into the oven at 350°F.
  10. 10Reduce the remaining pineapple juice by adding more brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, Tony's seasoning, onion and garlic powder, pepper, and a little salt, then stir and heat on medium until it becomes a thick glaze.
  11. 11Baste the ham with the glaze every 30 minutes. Typically, ham is baked for 12 minutes per pound.
  12. 12Take out a piece of ham and pineapple.
