- 6In a separate bowl, add the curd.
- 7Grate the garlic into the curd.
- 8Add black pepper powder and red pepper flakes.
- 9Add lemon juice.
- 10Add coriander and honey.
- 11Add salt and olive oil.
- 12Mix well.
- 13Pour the dressing into the bowl with cucumber and carrot.
- 14Mix well.
