Add one cup of all-purpose flour to a bowl.

Add half a teaspoon each of baking powder and baking soda.

Add a good teaspoon and a half of salt.

Add garlic powder, onion powder and paprika.

Add two tablespoons of cornstarch.

Mix all dry ingredients together.

Pour in one cup of club soda into the mixture.

Mix the batter until it's runny.

Dip the chicken in the batter.

Straighten the chicken into the hot oil.

Fry the chicken for about 5-6 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the hot oil and place it on a cooling rack.

Take some of the batter with your tongs and pour it over the hot oil to make the crumbs.

Serve your chicken with ketchup.

Tips
Dip your chicken in ketchup and then the crumbs for the perfect bite.
You want a pretty runny batter.
Fry the chicken at about 350 Fahrenheit for about 5-6 minutes.
To make the crumbs, take some of the batter with your tongs and pour it over the hot oil, and it will come out beautiful.
