Mix soybean paste, gochujang, garlic, honey, and sesame oil in a bowl.

Add chopped wild chives and sesame seeds, then mix again.
Ingredients
3 tbsp soybean paste
2 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
30 g wild chives, chopped
a pinch sesame seeds (optional)
Tips
You can use 3 cloves of chopped garlic instead of 1 tbsp minced garlic.
Measurements are based on a standard tablespoon.
Use green onions if wild chives are out of season.
Serve with pork belly, rice, extra sliced garlic, and kimchi in a lettuce wrap.
