Directions
- 1Add softened cream cheese to a bowl.
- 2Add 16 oz of sour cream to the bowl.
- 3Add 1 packet of taco seasoning to the bowl.
- 4Blend the mixture with a hand mixer.
- 5Mix in a whole bag of cheese with a spoon (do not blend).
- 6Spread the mixture onto a tortilla.
- 7Roll up the tortilla.
- 8Repeat with remaining tortillas and mixture.
- 9Put the rolled tortillas in the fridge to set up.
- 10Cut off the ends of each roll.
- 11Slice the rolls into small pieces.
- 12Serve with salsa or by themselves.
