  1. 1In a pot over a low flame, combine half a cup of whipped cream vodka and two teaspoons of Agar Agar powder. Make sure to sprinkle the powder to avoid lumps.
  2. 2Once it starts to bubble, add half a cup of vegan alcoholic horchata and half a cup of vegan heavy whipping cream. Stir until well combined.
  3. 3Pour the mixture slowly into an egg-shaped mold to reduce bubbles. Use a toothpick to pop any remaining bubbles.
  4. 4Remove the vegan Jello shots from the mold once set. Take out the centers.
  5. 5Prepare the filling by combining one cup of oat milk, one container of instant banana Jello pudding, and one container of vegan coconut whipped cream. Add yellow food coloring.
  6. 6Pipe or spoon the filling into the hollowed-out vegan Jello shots.
  7. 7Dust with cinnamon to mimic paprika.
