Directions
- 1Season frozen pierogi with taco seasoning and spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- 2Bake pierogi until golden.
- 3Brown ground beef in a skillet, add taco seasoning and water, and cook until combined.
- 4Remove pierogi from the oven, top with the taco meat and shredded cheese, and return to the oven until the cheese is melted.
- 5Top with sour cream, green onions, and salsa to serve.
