Directions
- 1Melt dark chocolate and butter until smooth.
- 2Whisk eggs and sugar into a thick mousse-like mixture, then fold in the melted chocolate mixture.
- 3Sift in flour and cocoa powder, and fold through again.
- 4Mix in Kinder chocolate and set aside.
- 5Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- 6Add egg and vanilla, then beat until smooth.
- 7Add flour, bicarbonate soda, salt, and cornflour, and beat until a cookie dough forms.
- 8Mix in chocolate chips and Oreos.
- 9In a lined square baking tin, spoon half of the brownie batter and half of the cookie dough, alternating layers.
- 10Crush extra Oreos on top before adding the remaining batter and dough.
- 11Bake at 160°C covered with foil for 20 minutes.
- 12Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- 13While cooling, top with extra Kinder chocolate and flaky sea salt.

- 225 g plain flour
- 0.5 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 80 g dark chocolate chips
- 5 crushed Oreos
