Directions

  1. 1Let lemon peels soak in Everclear for 20 days.
  2. 2Strain the lemon peels from the Everclear.
  3. 3Boil water and add sugar to make simple syrup.
  4. 4Cool the syrup.
  5. 5Add the cooled simple syrup to the strained Everclear mixture.
  6. 6Bottle the Limoncello.

  • 12 cups water
  • 6 cups sugar
