Caesar Salad

Directions

  1. 1Mash the anchovies into a smooth paste using two forks.
  2. 2Add minced garlic to the anchovy paste.
  3. 3Add mashed capers to the bowl.
  4. 4Continue mashing and mixing the anchovies, garlic, and capers with two forks until combined.
  5. 5Squeeze fresh lemon juice into the bowl.
  6. 6Add tequila to the mixture.
  7. 7Whisk the mixture until combined.
  8. 8Separate egg yolk from egg white.
  9. 9Add egg yolk into the bowl.
  10. 10Whisk the ingredients, incorporating the egg yolk, until well combined.
  11. 11Add Worcestershire sauce to the mixture.

  13. 13Slowly drizzle extra virgin olive oil while continuously whisking to emulsify the dressing.
