1Boil some potatoes until, when pricked with a toothpick or fork, they are tender inside.
2Peel and chop the potatoes into bite-size pieces.
3Add a can of tuna and some pieces of cheese.
4Add some olives stuffed with anchovies and some piquillo peppers cut into strips.
5Add scaly onion of Todo Especias.
6Add sweet chili.
7Add a good squirt of olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
8Cut the hard-boiled egg into quarters and place it on the plate.

Tips
To make potato salad, the cook recommends using the Kennebek variety, which is the most common, or the Baraka.
Use the cheese you like the most. If you like milder flavors or don't want them to have a lot of fat, change it for a fresh cow or goat cheese.
If you don't usually use piquillo peppers, you can also put roasted peppers in strips. You will find it already made in the preserves section of any supermarket.
