Directions
- 1Place snow crab legs into an aluminum pan.
- 2Place Dungeness crab into another aluminum pan.
- 3Cut the sausage into circular pieces.
- 4Add shrimp into an aluminum pan.
- 5Cut corn cobs in half and place them into an aluminum pan.
- 6Add small red potatoes into an aluminum pan.
- 7Pour paprika into a bowl.
- 8Pour garlic powder into the bowl.
- 9Pour onion powder into the bowl.
- 10Pour Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning into the bowl.
- 11Add Zatarain's Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab Boil powder into a large pot with water.
- 12Add corn and potatoes into the boiling water.
- 13Add the Dungeness crab into the pot.
- 14Add snow crab into the pot.
- 15Boil some eggs in a separate pot.
- 16Melt unsalted butter in a pan.
- 17Add minced garlic into the butter.
- 18Add Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning into the butter and garlic mixture.
- 19Add shrimp into the pan and cook until it changes color.
- 20Remove shrimp and add sausage into the pan, cooking until browned.
- 21Melt unsalted butter in a large pan for the sauce.
- 22Add minced garlic to the melted butter.
- 23Add all previously mixed spices to the pan with butter and garlic.
- 24Stir the sauce until well combined.
- 25Add brown sugar to the sauce.
- 26Squeeze fresh lemon juice into the sauce.
- 27Place the cooked seafood, corn, potatoes, shrimp, sausage, and boiled eggs into plastic bags within aluminum pans.
- 28Pour the prepared sauce over the ingredients in each bag.
- 29Seal the bags tightly.
- 30Place the sealed bags into the oven to heat through.
