Garlic Butter Air-Fryer Salmon

Directions

  1. 1Start off by making your garlic and herb butter.
  2. 2In a small pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. 3Stir in the crushed garlic, parsley, red pepper flakes, oregano, and 1/4 teaspoon of the salt.
  4. 4Let the mixture simmer over medium-low, stirring occasionally, for about 2 minutes, or until the butter slightly darkens.
  5. 5Stir in the lemon juice. Set the mixture aside to cool.
  6. 6Prep and season your salmon.
  7. 7Sprinkle the salmon all over with the pepper, garlic powder, and remaining 1 teaspoon salt.
  8. 8Add the salmon to a parchment-lined air fryer and top it off with some of that delicious garlicky butter.
  9. 9Air-fry for 8–10 minutes, until the skin is crisp and the salmon is done to your liking.
  10. 10Serve it up with some extra veg and lemon.

  • 1.25 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 skin-on salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
