Directions
- 1In a pot, mix 2 cups of water, 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, 1 heaping cup of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar, and 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla.
- 2Bring the mixture to a boil on medium-low heat, stirring constantly.
- 3Once boiling, turn off the heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
- 4Pour the cooled mixture into a large jar.
- 5In a glass, add ice and 1 tablespoon of the creamer syrup mixture.
- 6Add sparkling water to the glass.
- 7Stir to mix.
