Directions

  1. 1Doe bloem, zout, bakpoeder en suiker in een kom.
  2. 2Voeg melk en ei toe.
  3. 3Mix tot een beslag.
  4. 4Zet het beslag 1 uur in de koelkast.
  5. 5Rijg worstjes en mozzarella sticks aan prikkers.
  6. 6Haal de sticks door de bloem.
  7. 7Verpulverde de tortilla chips.
  8. 8Haal het beslag uit de koelkast.
  9. 9Haal de sticks door het beslag en daarna door de tortilla chips.
  10. 10Bak de corn dogs in hete olie.
  11. 11Serveer met saus.

  • 1 theelepel zout
  • 2 theelepels bakpoeder
  • 2 eetlepels suiker
  • 180 ml melk
  • 1 ei
  • 6 worstjes
  • 6 mozzarella sticks
  • 1 zak tortilla chips
  • 1 fles olie
