Put the chicken in a bowl.

Add oyster sauce to the chicken.

Add light soy sauce to the chicken.

Add a little dark soy sauce for color.

Add some white pepper to the chicken.

If available, add a little cornstarch to the chicken to make it more tender.

Mix everything well.

Cover with a film and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the rest of the ingredients.

In a frying pan with a little vegetable oil, fry the mushrooms over high heat.
