Slice five small yellow onions or three large yellow onions.
Combine the sliced onions with a half cup of sun-dried tomatoes, one tablespoon of paprika, one teaspoon of black pepper, one teaspoon of salt, and one teaspoon of parsley flakes.
Add one clove of garlic to the mixture.
Drizzle the mixture with olive oil or sun-dried tomato juice.
Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven at 400° for 1 hour.
After 30 minutes, toss the mixture and put it back in the oven.
With about 20 minutes left on the oven timer, cook three cups of farfalle pasta.
Once the caramelized onion mixture is out of the oven, squeeze the softened garlic into it.
Add a handful of fresh parsley, half a cup of coconut milk, and a little bit of chopped fresh basil to the onion mixture.
Reserve about a cup of pasta water, then add the cooked pasta and the juice of one lemon to the mixture.
