Build the lemon pepper marinade with juice of lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
Toss in your chicken breast and let that marinate for at least 30 to 45 minutes.
Combine fat free evaporated milk, juice of half a lemon, fresh Parmigiano reggiano and pepper in a blender.
Blend until completely smooth.
Wash 320g of rice
Add 30g butter and 480g water, bring water to boil, cover, reduce heat to low, cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, keep covered, let sit for 10 more minutes.
Place chicken on a pan over high heat and get a nice sear, flipping every one to two minutes until it's completely cooked through.
Deglaze the pan with the juice of half a lemon.
